Business Process Quality Manager

• The APJ Business Process Quality Manager will drive a cross functional team whose mission is to collectively work on internal process issues as they relate specifically to the Process Quality and drive them to closure. This will be done by Root cause analysis to understand the issue; working with the appropriate teams to create the solution; documenting, communicating and training the solution; as well ensuring the correct monitoring is in place to maintain the process change. Issues cited for resolution will come from key business functions, Monthly Performance Reviews and the results of Customer surveys (CSLD Survey, Service Survies and the Voice of the Customer Survey). The job will require direct interaction with every function within our company and the Business Process Quality Manager should have a good understanding of Sales, Marketing, Services, Customer Care and Supply Chain. The Business Process Quality Manager must have enough excellent analytical and process flow skills to quickly understand the issues, know who the key players are within the company and work to formulate and implement the solution. The position requires the ability to manage and monitor key performance indicators. The position also entails having the ability to train process owners and users in Lean problem solving methodologies.

• Driving Business Process improvements by:

• Implementing and managing ongoing Monthly Performance Reviews to understand and identify specific issues that need attention; then working within the focus area to drive

• that improvement by interfacing with Key Stakeholders and process owners;

• Be the Subject Matter expert for the systems and tools relating to the business processes;

• Use these systems and tools to capture data, trends, failure rates and conduct statistical analysis as necessary to identify key process issues affecting our customers or general

• business practices; working with the team, functional owners and key stakeholders to design/redesign internal processes; documenting, communicating and training the newly

• redesigned process; implementing the new process and establishing metrics to monitor and stabilize the new or redesigned process.

• Drive Quality discipline within the focus Teams

• Deploy Quality training to management;

• Create Customer Scorecards

• Work on other key process areas like Warranty Reduction and DCA Processes

• Assist Quality Management with projects that cross functional areas;

• Understand all metrics related to the Corporate Quality Dashboard and how they impact the business;

• Become the Subject Matter expert for the systems and tools relating to the business;

• Understand and be able to use data analysis techniques to draw accurate conclustions;

• Generate presentations and reports as assigned or required;

• Address all areas of business process quality, both process and product
• Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Computer Science/Information Technology, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Knowlegeable in Microsoft.

• Preferred skill(s): Process development background, Project Management Certification, Other Quality Certification.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
