As the Business Finance Zone Performance Leader you will be in charge of driving the Zone Financial planning and Performance analysis across the 5 NB Clusters while supporting the Business Finance Head and Zone CFO
Your main area of responsibilities will be:
- Drive Zone Financial planning and performance & animate financial business review calendar

- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards Business Finance CoE : responsible for managing stakeholders' requests and follow-up towards Business Finance CoCe
- Ensure monthly closing activities are properly performed by the Business Finance CoCe
- Provide consolidated monthly performance analysis to Zone management
- Animate business review process (Monthly, quarterly, yearly, prior, 3Y)
- Drive LT plan and yearly activities (target, prior, ...)
- Drive overall performance (Top Line / GM / P&L) : advise and coordinate stakeholders, ensure consistency, monitor / anticipate / challenge gaps Vs Target
- Drive quarterly Forecast : advise and coordinate all stakeholders, ensure overall consistency
- Provide strong support to the Finance leadership team and collaborate with Zone Management team
- Provide ad-hoc analysis for Zone tactical business decision
- Work on specific project (strategic Finance) and provide macro economics / benchmark / mkt share, composite index, baseline effects, assumptions (RMI, ..) to various stakeholders
- Provie daily support to Business Finance Head , CFO and Business Stakeholders on overall tactical and strategic actions and simulations
- Support Business Finance Transformation and One Finance contribution
- Being a change agent by proactively contributing and collaborating to ONE Finance community activities, working towards harmonized, efficient and compliant ways of working, applying latest digital tools, dashboards and policies.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for selected topics across the Zone and ensure Global standard application within the scope of activities
- Support transformation by identifying and working on standardization, automatization and digitalization of processes and dashboard.
- Collaborate with One Finance functions to deliver best-in-class financial performance and reports (timeliness, quality and meaningful insights)
Profile we are looking for:
As a person, you are open, straightforward and have excellent communication skills. You thrive in complex environments and understand the importance of stakeholder management. You have excellent analytical skills, are hands-on, strong attention to details, organized and highly structured, without losing sight of the big picture and having compliance at the center of your agenda. You are proactive, dynamic, with a commercial mindset, seek to give advice, and dare to challenge. You have lots of energy, drive and possess a "what does it take" mindset. You are a change agent, familiar with simplification projects driving efficiency gains through process improvements and digitization. You are fluent English, speaking Swedish a plus but not a must.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Ideal candidate have 5-8 years of experience in finance and performance analysis rôle
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with stakeholder at various levels of the organization
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management systems
- Team player with a commercial mindset, dynamic, proactive, collaborative, curious and open minded.
- Think outside of the box, challenge, and standardization/automation/simplification mindset
Location:
The role is to be based in Sweden, either at the Swedish Head Quarter in Stockholm or at the innovative Global R&D site in Lund.
