We are seeking a Business Finance Junior Manager to lead a team of 8-10 analysts, drive development of the team and support Finance Transformation. If you have a passion for finance and leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your IMPACT:
  • Directly manage the Team of 8-10 Analysts
  • Foster relationship with main Business Partners
  • Drive simplification of finance processes and promote a culture of best practice sharing
  • Coach team members and build meaningful development plans
  • Improve processes and use of tools: leverage all system capabilities, increase automatization of processes, deliver efficiencies.
  • Actively participate in Finance Transformation projects and new tools implementation
  • Ensure high quality operational support to the Business
  • Support comprehensive, accurate and timely performance of period end closing activities in line with company requirements


Your Profile:
  • Relevant experience as Controller/Analyst in Finance
  • People management skills & experience
  • Experience in change management in a finance environment
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect and rapport with finance and business partners
  • Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
  • Experience in FP&A Transition projects to Shared Services structures would be an asset
  • Strong analytic skills and the ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
  • Strong Analytical mindset and Curiosity
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
  • Good English command
  • Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
  • Passion for continuous improvements
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders

Good to have:
  • Experience in building automated reports and models
  • Experience in finance transformation
  • IT skills: SAP & BI tools knowledge as well as advanced knowledge Excel
  • Digital/BI skills (for example data flows across organization, data base, data warehouse)
