Job purpose
This position will be supporting our customer-facing channel and renewals teams with day-to-day support and analysis of orders & sales data, contract expiry & renewal, product trends, attach rates, and other relevant data as needed.
Key stakeholders
The role holder will be in frequent relations with and supporter of:
• EcoStruxure IT Commercial Transformation Director
• EcoStruxure IT Subscription Sales and Software Renewals Sales Leader & Team
• EcoStruxure IT Global Channel Director & team
• EcoStruxure IT Commercial Data Scientist
Primary responsibilities include
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Capture and document business requirements and can translate these needs into functional specifications
• Prepare, consolidate, and/or analyze weekly/monthly reporting packages derived from multiple data sources in support of measuring operation performance
• Engage with data owners to understand data sources, changes and keep up-to-date on evolutions that impact output to key stakeholders
• Develop new reporting and enhance current reports to keep them in line with changing business needs and requests of business partners
• Fulfill ad-hoc data request from key stakeholders
• Conduct prompted and unprompted analyses in support of our strategy to triage current issues and/or uncover new opportunities
• Extraction of data from Business Intelligence tools or source systems to create dashboards, reports and presentation style outputs
• Use ETL tool to process data from various data silos
Qualifications
Profile
For this position, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support multiple stakeholders, manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and business needs.
A successful candidate will first and foremost be curious, understands the difference between collecting data and providing actionable insights, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable extracting data from various systems using business intelligence tools.
Skills / Experience
• Deomonstrated experience in stakeholder management
• Proven ability to interface with internal customers and assess partner needs
• 1 years' experience using MS SQL Server, Oracle or other relational database tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with ETL Tools (e.g. Cognos, Alteryx) is a plus
• Experience with commercial operations, especially subscriptions/renewals is a plus
