Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping out and collecting various data points around sales and operations from multiple sources. This role involves generating meaningful and consistent data-rich reports for distribution and consolidating data into a single source platform for consumption by others. Additionally, the candidate will also collect and report on the long-term upstream supply chain requirements needed for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and map out data points from various sources, including manual sources like Excel and platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and others.
• Generate comprehensive and consistent reports that provide valuable insights into sales and operations performance, as well as long term industrial capacity.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, accessible platform.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain and update data systems and databases as required.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and implement long-term upstream supply chain reports to optimize the flow of information regarding upstream raw material requirements.
• Monitor and analyze long-term supply chain requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and objectives.
• Forecast demand and production capacity levels to meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools, including Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
