Job responsibilities:
- Conduct quotation, tendering and order management for Electrical Distribution Products, Equipment and Solutions, Substation Automation Solutions and Smart Grid Solutions
- Drive customer satisfaction through customer intimacy and sales activities
- Support value proposition development through sales calls and sales visits
- Define technical offer specifications and influence project stakeholders to include our brands and specifications for tenders
- Input and update sales opportunities in the system platform regularly
- Provide technical support to system integrators and end users
- Meet or exceed the Orders and Sales KPIs

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines
- At least 8 years of sales experience in engineering field
- Proven track record of account development and management
- Candidates with technical knowledge and experience in Medium Voltage Switchgears and Substation Automation is preferred
- Strong customer-focus and proactive attitude, e xcellent Presentation and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
- Ability to conduct requirement analysis and propose solutions according to customer needs
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
