Follow-up on tickets for accessories such as monitors, headbands, chargers, docking stations, and mice.

This job could be for you if:
Currently in the last semesters of a Professional Career in Computer Science, Business, IT, Systems or related, graduating on December 2025 or afterwards.
Availability to collaborate 30 hours a week in the morning.
Intermediate-Advanced English.
Knowledge of Windows, email, Teams and Excel.
Desired: Experience in customer service and support (help desk).
Desired: Experience in a ticket service platform.
Excellent service attitude and desire to learn.
