We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Support Officer - Delivery Execution Controller, to oversee and manage the flow of projects on SAP from creation to technical completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up project parameters, managing orders and contracts, handling SRM/PR flows, creating and managing invoices, generating project reports, and providing business SAP support.

The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 3-4 Years supporting project within the Engineering, Automation, EPC and oil & gas industry with a profession qualification within the project space.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

Project Management: Oversee project setup, manage changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure accurate billing and milestone values.

Order and Contract Management: Receive, validate, book, and log new and variation orders/contracts.

SRM/PR Flow Management: Create, change, and manage SRM approval flows, and initiate PRs and SRMs for project and service purchases.

Invoice and Timesheet Management: Track project milestones, raise invoices, compile timesheets, and match them to contract/service rates for billing.

Reporting and SAP Support: Generate and share various project and business reports and provide SAP support for access and technical issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications -

What qualifications will make you successful in this role?

• Relevant bachelor's degree in technology and engineering in any relevant discipline e.g. Electrical & Electronics or Control or Systems Engineering or Computer Science. A Project Management qualification is desired.

• Proven experience working with SAP ERP.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years working in simar positions with relevant industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
