Our team:
The Compiegne Global Development Center is the main hub for Opella's development activities, part of the Global CHC Science Hub.
Here, we create innovative oral products for global and local brands, leveraging both internal and external technologies. Our collaborative culture fosters close partnerships with internal stakeholders and a rich network of CDMOs.
Your mission:
- Join Development Center in Sustainability by Design project, supporting the implementation of the project to track and measure sustainable actions during product development.
- Have an overview of product development macro steps.
- Get knowledge on how to apply sustainability inside development activities.
- Propose solutions and/or tools that could improve the adherence of the teams to the methodology.
- Work transversally connecting different areas, stakeholders and countries.
About you:
- Experience: At least 1 or 2 internships in a pharmaceutical business.
- Soft skills:positive spirit, autonomy, ability to work in transversal/cross functional teams, teamwork, client orientation, take action, good communication, strategic thinking.
- Technical skills:Knowledge or interest in sustainability and project management.
- Education: Master 1 or 2 in pharmacy or engineering.
- Languages:C1 in English (mandatory)
