Main responsibilities:
Your goal in this internship is to drive improvements across Supply Chain, primarily focusing on ways to drive improvement in day-to-day operational performance. You will be responsible for the following aspects:
- Tracking and reporting the operational process performance, by periodically reviewing the deliverables achieved and provide actionable items for teams to work on.
- Develop, monitor and communicate reports on forecast accuracy to supply chain teams and supply risks.
- Supporting new initiatives/projects on behalf of Supply Chain on transversal continuous improvement initiatives. Building, tracking and follow-up on sustainable new processes to simplify and build best practices.
- Supporting on day-to-day operations for 3 Asian partner markets to coordinate across our global distribution centers for shipment of goods.
- Support any global/regional projects.

About You
Experiences/Competencies Required
- Education: Master's degree in supply chain, Operations, Management, Business Admins, Engineering.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power point, Words is required.
- Knowledge of Power Bi, Qlik sense or any data analytics tool will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Can work in multi-tasking environment.
- Can connect the dots and think strategically.
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to develop and learn.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in other foreign languages would be an added advantage.
- Effective communication at all levels.
