As the Supply Chain Business Insights Graduate, you will provide analytical and process support to ensure product availability to end customers while optimising company resources.

Main responsibilities:
  • Executing functional reporting for various areas across the team on accordance with deadlines.
  • Develop reporting tools to facilitate efficient and accurate representation of supply chain data.
  • Provide analytical support to the team members to analyse large sets of data in a meaningful way.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders including logistics suppliers and customers.
  • Lead and support Supply Chain project initiatives.

Commencing January 2025, we will work with you to develop your skills and experience by tailoring your rotations to suit both your strengths and business needs.

We're looking for Graduates who:
  • Have an interest in health and Science and completed an undergraduate degree in the areas of Business, Commerce or Business Intelligence, from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2024. Or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (since December 2022).

About you
  • Can demonstrate a strong customer focus.
  • Build positive business relationships, present and communicate effectively.
  • Are eager to develop themselves and will take ownership of their role.
  • The ability to see a problem or situation from different points of view.
  • Naturally high attention to detail, be curious and ask questions.
  • Graduates that have demonstrable proficiency or previous analytical skills relating to Advanced Excel, Power Query or PowerBI will be highly regarded.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be located in (or planning to relocate to) Sydney by January 2025.

You must have completed an undergraduate degree from a recognised tertiary institution by December 2024, or have completed your relevant university qualification within the past 2 years (no earlier than December 2022).
