Our Team:
This position is part of the Connect to Resolve (C2R) organization, a transversal organization into Sanofi Business Operations. Connect to Resolve (C2R) focus is to seamlessly connect Sanofi employees and third parties with the support teams and resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience.
The team is composed of Solution Leads, Project Managers, Process Leads and of Business Analysts.

- Manage a team of Business Analysts and Solution Leads located in our different and hubs who are in charge of platforms, tools and solutions in collaboration with DIGITAL teams - today's scope, which can be evolving, is:
- Chatbot/AI/GenAI solutions: IBM Watson, GenAI solutions under investigation
- Service Management solutions: ServiceNow HRSD module, Telephony Call Centre solutions
- Reporting solutions: Snowflake, PowerBI, Survey tools under investigation
- Chatbot/AI/GenAI solutions: IBM Watson, GenAI solutions under investigation
- Take accountability on the lifecycle, performance, communication, and documentation of the tools/platforms/solutions managed.
- Develop Operational Excellence mindset within the team and foster collaboration with other teams and partners.
- Develop and promote the team service catalogue.
About you
Experience & Background:
Manager with successful experience in managing operations and delivery dealing with "business" information systems/solutions in an international context (L2 or L3 teams)
- Soft skills:
- Well organized: structure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High level of interpersonal/communication skills with an ability to communicate and present on different levels in the organization.
- Effective business partnering and customer relations management.
- Strategic thinking
- Well organized: structure, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced in MS Office and Jira
- Advanced in Service Management tools and frameworks
- Advanced in Continuous Improvement frameworks
- Basic knowledge in Project management methodologies
- Basic knowledge in AI and GenAI tools
- Basic knowledge in Reporting and Survey tools
- Basic knowledge in Data privacy principles
- Basic knowledge in Data and process modelling
- Advanced in MS Office and Jira
- Languages: English (fluent)
