The Senior National Account Manager, Walmart Stores will work closely with the entire Sanofi Walmart Team to contribute to Sanofi CHC Values and Vision by maximizing long-term and short-term goals with our largest retailer partner. This position is based in Northwest, AR. This person must thrive in a team environment and maintain high-level customer contacts and relationships. This position also has the responsibility to communicate and implement Sanofi CHC US national sales initiatives with our customers. The Senior National Account Manager will have high interactions with Walmart Buyers involving strategic decisions on New items, Trade Management, Promotional Planning, and Modular positioning. Understanding the role of the competitive environment, maintaining awareness of competitive conditions, and reporting them promptly to management are also required.

Main responsibilities:
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales forecast objective.
- Achieves distribution, pricing, promotion and shelving & merchandising objectives within our categories through proper planogram placement.
- Manages commercial discounts to meet or exceed sales forecast achievement, while staying within budget and policy guidelines.
- Forecasts sales volume and manages expenses within company policy guidelines.
- Manage and invest the assigned special events budget in accordance with company policy and maintain accuracy and checks on special event spending, redemptions, and evaluating spending, changes needed on monthly basis.
- Develops long term relationships with customer's key personnel and define customer joint business plans that take into account long-term goals, strategies and results.
- Customer Centricity: Negotiates joint business plans at customer business planning sessions that achieves customer and Sanofi CHC business unit's short and long-term volume and profit goals while conforming to Sanofi CHC policies. These plans should ensure customer performance at or above standards in all key merchandising areas: Distribution, Pricing, Shelf and Promotion
- Customer Centricity: Communicates information and customer needs across the organization. Leads, organizes and facilitates both internal and external teams to meet customer's needs & develops conceptual presentations drawing from all internal and external resources needed
- Customer Promise: Integrates Sanofi CHC customer promise in its day to day interactions i.e. Sustainable and profitable growth, Pragmatic, actionable and shopper centric proposals, driving the category growth and communicating honestly and fairly with our customers
- Performs other duties as assigned
About you:
- Experience: 8-10 years' experience working with Walmart or other National Account retailer at the headquarter level. 8-10 years' experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data with the ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights. 3-5 years' experience years' experience within the pharmaceutical, FDA regulated or other relevant industry
- Soft and technical skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills and a valid Drivers' License is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from and accredited four-year college or university.
