Main Accountability

Through internal communication with Franchise, as well as coordination with the company's cross-functional departments (including PAMAT and Retail DTP, as well as Digital and other X-functions), Develop a cross-indication business strategy from the perspective of One Dupixent ,maximize the Dupixent T21 Patient "End to End" experience from patient accessibility, patient affordability, and patient education across all X-functions, also maximize the whole channel's support to accelerate the growth of business.

About You
  • Working Experience:
  • 10+ years' experience as a manager of sales/marketing department
  • Experience in internal cross-departmental cooperation at the central level, nationwide.
  • Agile Project Management skills
  • Team management
  • Transversal & Functional Skills:
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge within healthcare environment in China
  • Understanding and business insight of policy dynamic
  • Understanding of the real business, from the patient pain points to get in-depth insights and translate into strategy.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and Business insight
  • Patient Strategy: Work cross functionally to create a shared vision, objectives, priorities, and accountability to deliver the market leading Patient Experience within all indications.
  • Patient pathway insight: Champions and ensures in-depth understanding of the patient pathway and "pain points" across Dupixent indications at national through to priority account level
  • Digital Health Capability: Leads in-depth understanding of cutting- edge digital health capabilities. Leads the development of digital health and service partnerships to create and deliver patient pathway solutions
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Clinical medicine'Pharmacy'pharmaco-economics'-business management and business administration.
  • Language requirements: Proficiency in English and fluent Mandarin
