As a Regional Learning Delivery Management Expert, you'll be implementing and managing regional learning ILT/VILT (Instructor Led training / Virtual Instructor Led training) delivery processes according to the new Learning Delivery Core Model and support the learning logistics administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Learning Delivery effectiveness
- Prepare program delivery calendaring in partnership with Learning Business Partner.

- Learning administration,
- Workshop logistics
- Initiate iLearn Session creation request,
- Ensure timely mailing of all workshop related communication and any supporting document for visa, contract order to pay, etc).
Data management with predefined data reporting
- Local agreed reporting to fulfil mandatory requirements & standard reporting.
- Handle audit enquiries on delivery aspects. Partner with learning process outsourcing vendors to provide of learning data for audit exercise.
Learning Delivery Transformation
- Support integration plan to transition all the learning institute towards the Learning Delivery Management Target Operating Model for the assigned country/region.
- Harmonize program delivery for pilot country in phases to align with global framework whenever possible.
- Partner with learning process outsourcing vendor on transition journey (eg. scope of work, outsourcing resource management, process mapping, service delivery management system, etc).
- Provide delivery consultation to identified pilot country or learning institutes partners on new operating model leveraging global framework.
About you
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effective written and verbal English
- Experience and knowledge in sessions management, learning systems and continuous improvement
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal communications
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Results and detail orientation via proven project management and execution
- Ability to work and collaborate in a matrix, international, virtual and diverse environment with different time zones
- Genuine interest in learning deployment and quality improvement
- Some experience in managing project with intact team or outsourced resource is a plus point
- Mobile to travel to various sites whenever required
Education:
- 6 - 8+ years of relevant experience in learning management, HR or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent.
