Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implemented Partner to Win and Design to Value methodologies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on procurement improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and Agile squads to execute high-impact procurement projects, driving negotiation strategy and contract management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess program effectiveness and implement emerging technologies, including AI and mobile apps.
  • Champion agile methodologies within procurement, facilitating sprint planning and driving accountability through agile ceremonies.
  • Lead change management initiatives, fostering adoption of transformative procurement practices and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drove continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge-sharing, and post-implementation reviews to refine future strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a high-performance work environment.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while developing detailed plans for effective execution of procurement initiatives.

About you:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
  • • Proven experience (10+ years) in a transformation role
  • • Experience (5+) years in a Procurement role
  • • Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience required
  • • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
  • • Deep understanding of advanced Procurement methodologies, including but not limited to ZBB, DTV, Negotiation Excellence
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • • Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • • Ability to manage cross-cultural teams remotely, with direct reports operating internationally
