KA China Head takes lead of the development and implementation of hospital access strategy to maximize business potential by leveraging strategic partnership with the key pharmaceutical accounts and key decision makings at national level. The role is accountable for strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure strong support on regional implementation for business priorities with maximized hospital access empowerment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and excute strategic plans to manage key hospitial accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers/influencers at pharmaceutical accounts
- Continuously develop and implement measures to keep existing business relationships and revenue with key account hospitals
- Support the implementation process for the negotiation, adjustment and category adjustment of the company's products during the adjustment of NRDL/MEDL, and maintain good communications with key customers to obtain first-hand information
- Provide insights for business forecasts and revenue management and participate in the determination of market potential and preparation of sales expense estimates in KA hospitals
- Lead KA team and local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other priorities
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback timely
- Prepare yearly budget, strategic and business plans, and direct the planning and implementation of key programs
- Manage high-performing team, support talent development within/out of country, and drive capability building in KA areas

About you
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in medicine/pharmacy, business management or related field is preferred
- At least 10 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry in sales or KA functions
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationship with key decision-makers and negotiate favorable agreements
- Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, product development, and sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Have good project management skills and experience
- Strong influential ability to work successfully in highly matrixed organization
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage and motivate a sales team to achive revenue targets
- Good capability to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment and practices
- Business integrity and work ethics
- Good command of both written and oral English
