- Leads the planning team and support the team on their responsibilities, through regular exchanges about operations. 领导规划团队'通过定期交流运营情况'支持该团队履行职责。
- Takes responsibility for the planning in Fluid Horizon and Manual/ Slushy Horizon (timeline to be defined by site policy) demand on each product category and each SKU. 负责流Fluid Horizon和Manual/ Slushy Horizon(时间表由现场政策确定)中每个产品类别和每个 SKU 的需求规划。
- Accountable for feasibility and reliability of firm horizon plans, sequence of orders, management of short-term priorities 负责坚定的计划的可行性和可靠性,订单顺序,短期优先事项的管理
- Tracks Planning adherence and perform root cause analysis for planning changes and action plan follow-up. 跟踪计划遵守情况'对计划变更和行动计划进行根本原因分析。

- Monitoring with GSP capability & capacity analysis with the APU/PCU 检测追踪APU/PCU与全球供应链的能力及差能对比分析
- Checks the adequation between network demand and site execution 检查需求与执行之间的适当性
- Identify and feedback short term variations (yield / delay / scrap) at DP / FG level potentially leading to changes in the fluid horizon plan OOS risks 识别并反馈DP/FG级别的短期变化(产品/延迟/报废)'可能导致flud计划 OOS 风险发生变化
- Implementation of decisions taken in S&OE into the frozen horizon ( should be aware of action plans depending on emergency level)
- Managing flavor management: batch allocation / flavor management in the scheduling horizon and beyond
- Collaborates with Product Leaders to ensure product demand is met and identifies risks of out of stock. If relevant, coordinates with other sites demand managers to resolve supply conflicts. 与产品负责人合作'确保满足产品需求'并确定缺货风险。 如果相关'与其他工厂的需求经理协调解决供应冲突。

- Reports at the Site Supply Review (SSR).

- Ensures a proper handover of unfirmed planned orders to Schedulers at edge of firm horizon + works on issues resolution. 确保将未确认的计划订单妥善移交给处于firm horizon外的部分给调度员以解决问题
- Coordinates with Material Planners on material supply issues. 与物料计划员协调物料供应问题。

- Maintain internal and external reports with timely manner. 及时更新和提交工厂内外部的各项分析和总结报表。
- Taking responsibility over performance of Level 2 Operating Unit.负责PCU/APU L2 的整体运营绩效
- Making sure that improvements opportunities on the processes/data are correctly escalated and contributing to Continuous Improvement 确保正确上报 流程/数据改进的机会'并进行持续改进
- Ensuring that SMS 2.0 standards are applied (incl. Role cards, standard workplan, standard process & flows, data management) by executing regular Gemba walks and process confirmation 确保实施SMS2.0白哦准(包括角色卡'标准工作计划'标准流程和物料流以及数据管理)
- Ensure the CGMP compliance of Beijing Site. 确保符合北京工厂运行的CGMP相关规定。
- Ensure daily work compliance with HSE policy; Participate daily +QDCI meeting and ensure the efficiency of +QDCI meeting。贯彻公司HSE的有关规定'把公司HSE制度的措施贯彻到每个具体环节;参加每天+QDCI会议'监督本部门+QDCI会议是否有效开展.
About you 任职资格:

- Experience: At least 5 years JV working experience in the related areas
- Soft skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to align different stakeholders
- Technical skill: Skilled in Office system, excellent in PPT/PBI and data analysis'Proficient with planning & ERP-System (SAP) with the ability to analyze data and build recommendations to support decision making.
- Education: Full time university education in economics or international trade'logistics, CPIM is preferred
- Languages: Good command of English both spoken and written
