Main responsibilities职责描述:

- Continuous improvement
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and urgency management process (meetings, prioritization, updating indicators, data analysis, escalation, etc.)
- Develop continuous improvement within the sector (standard agenda, roles and responsibilities, root cause analysis, problem-solving, etc.)
- Establish process improvement action plans with other department members
- Monitor and follow-up planned action plans
- Be a driving force in suggesting improvements within the department
- SC Projects
- Act as the Supply Chain point of contact for all site projects
- Collect the necessary elements for decision-making on Supply Chain resources to allocate to projects
- Lead projects if they fall under the responsibility of the Supply Chain
- Ensure performance of SC projects delivery
- Facilitate decision making within project by providing data and information about resource allocation.
- New launches
- Ensure SC input for industrialization, life cycle management
- Ensure timely launch of new products (SC readiness)
- Other
- Provide a safe working environment for the employees. Responsible for HSE management.
- allocate appropriate and sufficient human, financial and material resources to ensure effective implementation of HSE programs (such as HSE event investigation, risk assessment identification and control, training, inspection, PASS, MSV, PPE, HSE CAPAs follow up ......) and management of all HSE issues.

- Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in my position/workstation.
- The designated Primary Process Owner (PPO) is responsible for the assigned Quality Maturity Index (QMI)/Quality System Standard.
