JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for managing master data and any related activities to Master data setup and changes in addition to managing the lifecycle of artwork updates within the organization. This role involves overseeing the artwork approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines for upcoming changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Artwork Management:
- Creation/modification, revision, and approval of artwork for products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of all artwork versions and approvals.
- Manage the artwork approval workflow, ensuring timely reviews and feedback from relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between quality, regulatory, marketing teams to streamline the approval process.
- Collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure all artwork complies with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate necessary adjustments to the artwork team.
- Develop and maintain timelines for artwork updates and approvals, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Monitor progress and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of artwork approvals and updates for management review.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Master Data management:
- Execute changes to SAP master data by creation of any new material ( AI / RM/ FG / SF) codes based on Sanofi rules and according to CCR creation.
- Creation of new BOMs based on SOPs & Guidelines.
- Responsible for site master data review to maintain updated parameters.
- Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance.
- Perform mass updates.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions.
- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
- Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across SC business systems.
- Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.
- Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.
HSE Responsibilities:
Assure the full implementation of all action plans related to HSE, within plant logistics scope Commitment to the appropriate PPE use. Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements. Following the statutory legislation concerning Health, Safety and environmental law. Hydrocarbons/ hazardous substance & waste segregation in accordance with approved waste management system.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB-HOLDER's ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- B.Sc. in pharmaceutical science, science, business, or related supply chain studies with pharmaceutical background.
Related Experience:
- 5-7 years' experience preferable in pharmaceutical industry.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative or regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of artwork compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) and project management tools.
- Previous master data management experience in SAP,
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills,
- Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas,
- Analytically minded and methodical problem solver,
- Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress,
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong written and communication skills in English language.
