Main responsibilities:

- Preparation of promo material delivery.
- Preparation and follow up of complex database.
- Use of AI tools (Assemblr, HotPress, Transcrb).
- Cooperation with agencies during the promo material preparation.
- Template creation in PromoMats for 1CRM use.
- Contract administration and orders.
Experience:
- Ongoing university studies (active student status).
- Min. 20-hour availability/week.
Soft and technical skills:
- Communication: Ability to clearly convey ideas and information, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identifying issues and developing creative solutions.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Confident MS Office skills.
Languages:
- Excellent English language.
