The Marketing Coordinator, Immunology contributes to the day-to-day operations of Sanofi Specialty Care and supports the work of the members of the Immunology Franchise. The Marketing Coordinator, Immunology will also provide additional support to members of the Oncology/Rare Diseases Franchise team, on an ad hoc basis, depending on business needs.

The candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter. They need to possess the ability to understand our business and look beyond the task at hand relative to a position, department and company.

  • Provide administrative support to the Immunology Marketing team, as well as the Oncology/Rare Diseases Franchise team, depending on business needs and workload.
  • Prepare, process, and track required documents related to Franchise financial transactions (e.g. purchase orders, honoraria, invoices, grant requests).
  • Achieve advanced understanding of the financial systems (Coupa, SAP, Financial Tools etc..) and the associated usage requirements that are used to efficiently manage financial processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to any step of the financial management systems.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new team members within the franchises.
  • Provide administrative support to field sales managers and sales representatives.
  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external business-related meetings, advisory boards, symposiums, conferences, program events, etc.
  • Coordinate hotel accommodations and services, meals, transportation, communications and facilities support, program functions and similar activities to support internal and external meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and shipping of promotional booths to and from meeting locations.
  • Receive, store, and track inventory of all promotional items for assigned brands.

About You

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some post-high school education/training preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Sharepoint is preferred)
  • 2 - 5 years of successful administrative support experience required (preferably within pharma)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Supportive, shows initiative and self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in supporting the department, showing good judgment and understanding of the internal processes and objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with skill and quality and be the central support resource for specialty care
