- Job title: Lead People Insights Program Manager

The Sanofi People Insights team has a mission to democratise people data and insights across the enterprise and drive a cultural shift towards evidence-based people decision making at all levels of the organisation. We are seeking an experienced Analytics Program manager within the People Insights team, who will be responsible for leading high visibility and key programs for the People & Culture function. Primary responsibility will be to own the end to end continued development of the People module of the Sanofi wide AI/Analytics app PLAI, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will play a key part of democratising snackable AI across the company. The role will report directly to the Global Head of People Insights & AI.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the future of the "Plai.PPL" application as a flagship project within Sanofi's People & Culture function, including on-going design, management and end to end lifecycle delivery for the People module of Sanofi's PLAI application.
- Ensure rapid delivery cycles of new releases, on time with required quality and user experience, supported by our external partner.
- Drive successful stakeholder management across functions with the PLAI community and senior leadership across Sanofi and within People & culture.
- Manage the relationship with core vendor partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and on time delivery across both PLAI.PPL and SWP.
- Lead hackathons and ideation sessions with Sanofi business leaders, managers and employees to gather best-in-class ideas and problem statements for AI-solutions ready to be deployed within Plai.
- Partner cross-functionally with People & Culture COEs, supported the People & Culture Tech Strategy team and Digital to ensure Plai application is integrated into the People & Culture technology ecosystem in a forward thinking sustainable way with user experience in mind.
- Bring "out-side in" People Analytics and AI thinking to support continued education of our vendor partner to ensure best in class delivery of people related AI/Analytics solutions.
- Drive significant change management and communication strategy to deliver increased utilisation and engagement of the application with all personas from People & Culture to managers and business leaders.
- Act as the point of contact for People & Culture for the cross functional Plai team community, and represent People & Culture decision making in core governance council
- With support of the Master Data Management team, deliver increased data availability and refresh rate through utilisation and partnership with Sanofi Data Foundations.
- Support continued improvement and focus on Employee data privacy, while providing actionable insights.
About you
- Proven track record of managing vendor relationships for AI and analytics solution within the People & Culture function.
- Experience of managing persona based analytics and insights programs including direct access / self service manager access applications.
- Experience working with People Insights & Analytics teams and applications of data science within HR.
- Experience working with HR data, including HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors, and a strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
- Skilled in translating user needs into actionable insights for vendor partners to drive continuous product improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to explain complex privacy concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills: planning, impact/risk analysis, matrices
- Stakeholder management & acting as a trusted advisor with leaders/managers.
- Substantial experience of working in virtual teams and projects, cross functional project management experience.
