As Inventory & Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of spare parts inventory, overseeing procurement and storage processes, and managing workflows and CMMS transactions.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of maintenance spare parts inventory.
- Oversee sourcing, purchasing, receipt, storage, and kitting of spares.
- Achieve savings through procurement levers, continuous improvement (CI), and inventory optimization.
- Manage spare parts workflows and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) transactions.
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
About you
Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and CMMS applications.
- Training, certification, and experience in warehouse management will be an asset.
- Understanding of material planning concepts applied to Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO).
- Experience in handling hazardous materials will be an asset
Soft and technical skills:
- Experience in using SAP will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Languages:
- Fluency in English, Hungarian is a must
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, or related field.
