Main Responsibilities

This position entails a senior expert role tasked with driving the strategic Integration Platforms for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, with key pillars based on TIBCO.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing various architectures for Process Integration, Messaging, and Event Processing platforms, while establishing best practices for performance, security, and resilience.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of TIBCO workflows and processes to ensure efficient data processing and throughput.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the TIBCO platform, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and performing platform upgrades as needed.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of TIBCO platform.
  • Establish governance processes and controls to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  • Ensuring alignment of the integration platform with CHC business objectives and maintaining up-to-date evolutions and performance.
  • Defining and developing standards, best practices, governance, and automation aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Contributing to the development of dashboards and reports to enhance operational effectiveness, anticipate future needs, and strengthen governance.
  • Analyzing current integration technology trends and market screening to ensure a forward-looking vision of emerging technologies beneficial to CHC business.

About You

Technical Background Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in Integration Technologies Expertise and relevant experiences in business project support.
  • Excellent knowledge related to integration frameworks, use cases, integration design patterns, and messaging best practices.
  • Proficiency with TIBCO platform and further knowledge in platforms like Informatica IICS, Axway, SAP BTP, or any Enterprise Integration Platform is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of process integration concepts, event processing, queuing, and messaging principles.
  • Proven experience managing hybrid IaaS, SaaS, and on-premise ecosystems.
  • Understanding of infrastructure technologies, architecture, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with new digital technologies and associated cyber practices.
  • Experience in regulated sectors is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of industrial systems, especially SAP.

  • Ability to drive innovation and organizational transformation.
  • Capacity to provide innovative solutions and collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and educate beyond technologies.
  • Proven success in working with project teams across various industries.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to an international matrixed environment.
