As the Head of Finance Performance for Veres site in Hungary, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance Performance M&S Eula. You will be responsible and accountable for driving and monitoring the financial performance of Veres site and serve as a member of the Site Leadership team of Veres Site.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing financial guidance and direction to the Site head and Site leadership team in piloting the financial performance of the site
- Collaboration with Site team to drive results while ensuring alignment with latest budgets and forecasts
- Ensure that forecasts are realistic and stretch from a finance point of view
- Participation and preparation of business reviews with site teams
- Validation of financial evaluations of projects including payback analysis (simulation & post mortem analysis), alternative analysis and contribute to Capex prioritization/allocation
- Provide financial expertise and analysis supporting decision making process (projects, investment and scenario evaluation)
- Support of performance initiatives in alignment with the Manufacturing Excellence Head
- Manage and monitor site financial /operational performance providing to management with monthly KPI's and analysis
- Identification and communication of risks and opportunities against budget / last forecast and define actions and mitigation plans to meet or improve financial results
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial indicators during the monthly closing including strong coordination with local stakeholders
- Identification, valuation and follow-up of Performance initiatives with local teams
- Coordination of Financial Planning exercise and present to the Region financial Forecasts & Budget
- Review and approve proposed Standards Costs related to sourcing cases (Launches, transfers, repatriation), and annual Standards Costs accurate calculation
- Compliance and governance activities

About you
Education and professional Experience
- 5 years' finance experience in a Finance Expert position or Finance Business Partnering preferable
Technical Skills
- High level of proficiency in System/tools knowledge of TM1/ERP, Excel and Power Point is required
Soft skills
- Strong influencing skills, ability to drive financial performance discussions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple manner
- Big picture mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
- Organization capabilities and ability to work in constrained timelines.
- Adaptability & ability to work on multiples topics in a complex matrix environment Reliability

Languages
- Fluent spoken and written Hungarian and English
