1.Medical Sales Strategy Execution
- Ensure achievement of external team's SFPIs on activity implementations (RTDs, OPDs, HBAPs, PBAPs, etc.) within agreed timelines
- Review results of tactical activities in order to ensure smooth and flawless implementation of sales strategy and achieve sale objectives.
- Initiate, coordinate and consolidate tactical spending budgets and reports on Medical Sales activities, in order to keep control of the business and provide information to management.
- Coordination with Marketing Department in order to execute well and implement all the product medical campaigns
- Provides support to Brand Managers in the successful execution of Medical Sales activities in Local Society Conventions
- Attend Medical Sales' activities such as RTDs, OPDs, HBAPs, Local Society Conventions, and other relevant activities to identify areas for improvement
- Monitoring of marketing programs and market intelligence
2.Strategy and Operations Planning
- Provides support in the development of Medical Sales strategy
- Oversee target setting of Medical Marketing programs that will drive HCP recommendation
- Ensure that the company is updated with current medical landscape by proper gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence data
3.Coordination with External Agencies
- Weekly alignment with CME Officers of Pharmalink
- Coordination with District Sales Managers (DSMs) on a per need basis
4.Risk Assessment
- Responsible in assessing all risk involved in the scope mentioned in the Position Mission Statement IN ORDER TO safeguard the company from possible exposure.
5. HSE Responsibilities
- Responsible in complying and meeting all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance to the existing HSE Policy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading and managing HCP engagement and channel strategies, with a focus on sales force effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and HCP landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel HCP marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate both direct and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Tagalog.
- Experience attending industry conferences, events, and forums.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key healthcare professionals and industry influencers.
- Resilience and capability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Extensive experience in team leadership.
