JOB PURPOSE:
The Learning Solution Excellence Lead is responsible for ensuring that the Global and Local Learning solutions are planned and rolled out to meet local learning needs from Business.
- Supporting the digital transformation of SANOFI China Commercial Capabilities(CC) by creating digital strategies, providing digital solution and platforms, developing digital capabilities for CC trainers, adopting and delivering digital content for customers and tracking digital results.
- In charge of Assessment Center to support performance appraisal, promotion and pipelines in Field Force function
- Introduce innovative training methods to support CC and Business Transformation
- Design and rebuild CC infastruce to align with business strategies, lead and optimise CC standard project and process.

ORGANIZATION CONTEXT:
- Under BO&S(Commercial Excellence) Department, China
- Business Transformation background and platform operation management for CC and BU users.
- Manage a team with total of 3-6 headcounts
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead and optimise CC standard project and process
- Develop and upgrade Omni-Channel competency model to align with China business strategy
- Leading capability building programs for field forces
- CC Digitalization Strategies
- Explore Digital Assessment Center solutions with CC trainers in online or in hybrid format.
- Continuously work with Course Masters to promote digitalization of online delivery.
- First class digital platform vision
- Provide Digital Solution and Develop CC Digital Platforms
- Provide online (mobile) learning and testing service for CC and BU courses
b) Regular iLearn platform management (uploading, tracking and report)
- Develop CC digital platforms (SuperU and AI SU) for current and future needs.
- Develop Digital Capabilities for CC Trainers
- Introducing new external tools/platforms/hardware to facility digital or traditional learning plans
- Broadcast facility setup and management
- Advocate digital skills inside CC
b) Providing guides, courses and Q&A for all CC trainers (Creation software, Zoom, etc.)
- Learning Content
- Content management:
b) Archive all CC digital training assets, including raw materials and final product
- Content deign & delivery consultation:
b) Ensure all digital content delivered via CC managed platforms.
- Assessment Center
- The owner of the assessment center, including procedure and indicators for Field Force function.
- Provide tracking report with insights for continuous excellence
- Tracking and Analysis Reports
- Creating data collection strategies and solution for CC or BU projects
b) Time management tracking
- Data analysis and report quality control
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- University Degree or above, majored in digital or life science subject are preferred
- Minimum 5 years working experience in training, at least 3 years in new hire staff training
- At least 2 years experience on Field Force Assessment
- At least 1 year sales or MKT experience in pharmaceutical industry are preferred
- Pro-active and creative
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent executive ability
- Strong PC skills, especially in PPT/excel
- Good English reading and writing abilities
