JOB PURPOSE:
The position holder will provide essential support to the Omnichannel Excellence team, focusing primarily on omnichannel strategy and governance. This role aims to ensure high quality delivery of omnichannel key initiatives and to support business as usual cadence governance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support key initiatives PMO and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Manage OCE core team meeting cadences, incl. meeting minutes, initiative owner follow-up, relevant logistics and coordination
• Lead OCE internal/external communication initiatives and drive for high quality delivery
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookup, pivot table), PowerPoint (preferably ThinkCell) and Outlook
