As Global Market Access Specialist VIE in our Market Access team you will work within the Dupixent Global Market Access & Pricing Rhinology/Gastroenterology Team to support the global market access plan and operation excellence work streams including the coordination of key internal and external launch excellence events in collaboration with market access business partners and cross-functional brand team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with an interest in developing market access foundational knowledge, access strategy development, tactical implementation and launch excellence execution capabilities by working with a team of market access experts on one of the most exciting product launches at Sanofi. In this position, you will be located close to the Sanofi office closest to New York City within a global organization with a strong structure to welcome and support the VIE program. In addition, you will be working on Dupixent, the cornerstone of the immunology program at Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities related payer interactions such as payer advisory boards, negotiation readiness workshops, including market access affiliate training events, etc.
- Coordinate market access launch excellence work streams including project planning, dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Support the Rhinology/Gastroenterology leads as needed in the development of global market access strategy/plan and deliverables (payer value story, payer objection handler, and other internal projects) for assigned Dupilumab indications based on business needs.
- Support Dupixent MAx launch execution and operations.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Market access/health economics experience in pharmaceutical/medical device industry is desirable.
- Health technology assessment (HTA) experience or payer experience in public or private agencies is desirable.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Attention to detail, organised, structured and follow-up skills.
- Proven project management skills ("timeline tracking", "leadership without authority" etc)
- Easily adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Master's degree in science, Pharmacy, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Policy/Government Affairs, Marketing or related.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
