iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Global Market Access Academy Specialist VIE in our Market Access team you will support the creation and delivery of trainings by the Academy Head to facilitate a culture of best practice sharing within the Market Access community. You will be responsible for managing the training resources of the Academy including identifying new ways to organize, deliver and track progress and impact of the learning/ training programs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Support the development and delivery of Market Access Academy training curriculum, materials and channels for global and country Market Access colleagues (including facilitation of the virtual games and preparation of face-to-face learning experiences).
  • Lead and manage Learning & Development projects (Career Development, Specific Market Access topics) - Oversee coordination, project management activities, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor, with Academy Head, skills and knowledge gaps across Market Access to help close training gaps and improve colleague engagement.
  • Assist in biennially benchmarking Market Access Value and Access capabilities against pharmaceutical peer companies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance when generating and communicating content. Manage content on Yammer, Teams, Buzz, SharePoint.
  • Support and identify mechanisms of best practice sharing across Market Access Community.
  • Assist to enhance and maintain Market Access Academy website and communication platform.
  • Assist in the communication, review and maintenance of the Market Access colleague competency framework.
  • Support the Market Access mentoring and internship program to create opportunities for future Market Access talent. Support the onboarding process for Market Access newcomers.
  • Assist the Engagement Lead in establishing and optimizing multichannel engagement strategies.

About you

Experience:
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within international or multicultural environment. Preferably in Market Access/Health Economics.
Soft and Technical skills:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
  • Affinity to new digital channels, tools, and trends.
  • Exposure or active engagements in health system and/or policy environments.
  • Experience in identifying research and/or training gaps.
  • Research into health-related programmes including integrated health solutions.
  • Strong project management skills including quality standards.
  • Demonstrate creativity in enhancing the current Learning & Development offerings. Generate new ideas and innovative approaches that align with the academy's scope and objectives.
  • Ability to plan implementation strategies for developed projects.
  • Communicate in a clear and credible way.
  • Solution oriented with ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple cultures.
Education:
  • Master's degree in international business, pharmaceutical related or another relevant field.

Languages:
  • Fluent English.
  • Good Spanish and/or French is a plus but not a prerequisite.
