Main responsibilities:
- Strategy
- Propose & Implement best in class and innovative strategies for specific product families.
- Establish a multi annual roadmap to be executed to deliver savings for the business and to create value for the brands.
- Propose & implement best in class and innovative strategies for specific product families based on market intelligence, assessing risks and opportunities, aligned on budget, product lifecycle to deliver value to the businesses.
- Establish a multi annual roadmap.
- Operational
- Organize biddings, negotiate prices for the concerned perimeter, established prices list and contracts.
- Step-in new projects and/or supplier issues for the different countries.
- Set-up and drive right supplier base with clear roadmap to reduce number of suppliers.
- Optimize Working Capital / Free Cash-Flow by continuous improvement of Payment Terms according to Country / Group Standards.
- Business Partnering
- Be a single point of contact for People & Culture Team
- Partnering with People Success Team within People & Culture to set up right governance model covering future Recruitment, Learning and Development needs.
- Partnering with Rewards & Performance Team.
- Build strong relationship with regional and functional P&C Heads for all kind of external workforce needs.
About you
- Experience: brought experience in Procurement or Project Management in relationship with Suppliers
- Soft skills: Leadership skills and experience with proven track record in building and leading cross functional teams / Effective communication skills (oral & written) / Strongly continuous improvement oriented
- Technical skills: Negotiation skills / Ability to understand the products, the supplier and product processes / Business acumen and strategic thinking / Understanding in Cost management, budgeting and controlling
- Languages: Fluent in English. French is a plus
