As the Global Lead Buyer for RnD within the Digital domain, you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leading strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiations, and digital landscape optimization. You will coach Global Buyers and ensure best-in-class savings year over year. This global role covers all entities of Sanofi Group.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and execute competitive and innovative sourcing initiatives based on market intelligence and business needs.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiations, focusing on BOI improvement.
- Develop and share expertise of suppliers' markets with stakeholders.
- Achieve goals set by the Business Partner and deliver savings pipeline in line with targets.
- Coach Global Buyers in sourcing strategies and negotiation tactics.
- Communicate proactively on sourcing activities and engage with other Procurement Domains.
- Deliver robust Supplier Management with business reviews and performance management.
- Experience in Procurement or related fields such as buyer, sales, partnership, outsourcing, or project management within the digital space.
- Strong ability to develop relationships within and across different lines of business.
- Technical knowledge of the sub-categories/domain and mastering negotiation techniques.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented.
- Good understanding of business, operations, and legal aspects including service level agreements and KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible, and creative.
- High-level communicator with excellent organizational and presentation skills.
- Confident in interacting with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work in a complex multi-functional matrix organization across functions, countries, and cultures.
- High sense of ethics, business integrity, and compliance in doing business.
