The GBS PEOPLES SERVICES French Cluster Team is looking for an experienced Time to Payroll Specialist with French and English language skills.

• France Payroll transition and system implementation: Active participant of the trainings, testing and all phases of the implementation project.
• Monthly Payroll for Tunisia: managing monthly payroll submission tasks together with the other colleagues from the T2P team. Supporting the transition to an external vendor.
• Employee Queries: assist employees on any questions related to benefits, time and payroll. You will also provide certificates, support terminated employees if needed.

• You will closely work with Employee and External Life Cycle Specialists applying our global Core Model
• The Time to Payroll Specialist will actively contribute to a great Employee Experience: assist candidates and employees with all the available self-services, assist managers and HR partners in their day to day administrative tasks
• The Time to Payroll Specialist shall contribute to our Continuous Improvement process by providing feedback on known issues, propose ideas, take initiatives, share best practices
• The HR Services team is also impacted by business initiatives such as new merger or acquisition, divestiture, new technology, outsourcing projects...

• 2-3 years of experience in France payroll
• Experience with multicultural organization and teams
• Experience with transitions
• Nice to have: Previous experience with Workday or similar Global HR systems

• Self-organization skills, prioritizes effectively
• Strong customer oriented mindset
• Strong language skills both in English and French
• Ability to work effectively in a team

• BA/ BSc or Equivalent in HR or related discipline
