This position will play a key role ensuring for CHC that GBS A2R Closing and Reporting processes is set up and consistently applied globally across all three Hubs in GBS.
GBS A2R Closing and Reporting Lead is accountable that optimized processes are implemented across regions / countries, define core business processes and way of working, together with Digital Solutions Lead harmonizes ITS Tool landscape, simplify user experience following global frame and guidelines. He/she will be involved in GBS process improvements and will jointly monitor targets and projects implemented by GBS.

- Set vision, strategy and performance objectives for Closing and Reporting processes
- Gather and apply best practices, support benchmarking activities, and amend processes to achieve world class processing
- Provide process expertise to Hub teams and locals as required and when needed
- Regularly train Hub teams on policies and how to perform their job more efficiently
- Communicate with peers and be a self-learner about global best practises and trends to get more insights about evolution of A2R operations
2. Develops and implements process harmonization and improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the region (HFOs, HFPs, Supply Chain, CI2C, S2V, CFFS, Tax, Internal Control, etc.) and drive standardization of processes to identify functional and cross functional improvements and harmonization
- Ensure processes levels 1-4 are fully documented and for level 5 the process is documented where it is meaningful to do so
- Collect improvement ideas from GBS team internally in A2R and from other process participants (CI2C, S2V, CFFS, FPL, Tax, Internal Control)
- Liaise with Digital Solutions Lead on automation needs
- Develop and oversee tools and RPAs roll-out plans for improvements
- Ensure that processes supposed to be automated are performed as designed
- Find best solutions to perform operations in all ERPs (POLARIS, CEP, Unity, EPOC)
- Together with Continuous improvement team ensure that Change Management is addressed (people, processes, tools)
3. Monitors process performance across the organisation
- Implement global performance metrics for A2R processes
- Reviews process performance and intervenes accordingly
- Identifies performance gaps and launches remedial initiatives
4. Communicates with global management and regional hub teams
5. Implements and manages policies and procedures governing processes. Propose change in policies and procedures supporting optimized processes
6. Ensure Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met
About You
- Strong process knowledge with ability to redefine processes from end to end to support Business needs
- 10+ years experience in managing operational teams and/or transition projects
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or equivalent
- CPA or Chartered Accountancy certification
- Audit experience (internal or external) is a plus
- Good technical knowledge
- Effective collaboration skills with peers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization
- High level of interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills to resolve critical issues and ensure programs stay on track
- Strategic thinking and process impact understanding
- Change agent with strong problem-solving skills
- Transversal mindset and ability to work across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels
- Fluency in English mandatory and other European languages are desirable
