This position will report into the Head of Global Market Access which is a segment of the Specialty Care organization. Our Global Market Access function serves as a valued strategic partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and R&D on therapeutic solutions to support patients' needs. The Global team also works closely with teams in the affiliates to enable access for patients. Job Description:

Experienced Administrative professional providing high level administrative and strategic support to Global Market Access. The Executive Assistant is expected to develop a complete

understanding of department functions and areas of responsibility and must have a strong commitment to professional ethical standards, including the ability to handle and protect confidential and sensitive information.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Executive administrative and operations support to the Head of Global Market Access. Ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day flow of administrative operations to include calendar and meeting management, ownership of MS Teams, SharePoint sites and distribution lists
  • Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, pro-actively organizes face to face and virtual events, manages meeting planning and logistics and arranges domestic and international business travel. Proactively troubleshoot and address travel conflicts Additionally, generate detailed itineraries, including arranging for the use of visitor offices and coordinating office support needs in satellite locations.
  • Prioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision. Handles confidential information with discretion
  • Manages timely processing of expenses per internal policies and systems
  • Digitally savvy, compiles and prepares information for presentations using MS Office software and other corporate systems & tools, including but not limited to, correspondence, reports, tables & analyses, presentations, scientific manuscripts, etc.
  • Provides a positive presence and excellent support with answering and prioritizing requests and communications. Leverages skill, tact, persuasion and/or influence to accomplish objectives with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interfaces with corporate functions such as People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Digital, etc. to facilitate cross-GBU information sharing and processes.
  • Takes initiative and independently manages special/administrative projects in dynamic fast paced environment
  • Partners closely with Global Market Access Leadership Team to drive operational effectiveness and collaborate with other administrative professionals within the organization to coordinate operations and share best practices
  • Captures and prioritizes non-routine needs on a real-time basis, as well as keeping track due dates for tasks and action items for on-time completion
  • Completes other duties as requested

  • Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project coordination and, or management

Basic Qualifications:
  • HS/GED with 10 years' experience OR a BA/BS with 5-7 years' experience
  • Prior experience supporting executives
  • Possess a high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio experience
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities
  • Proactively anticipate and identify issues and propose solutions or takes steps to resolve
  • Demonstrated experience problem-solving and maintaining a proactive and diplomatic demeanor in a complex, ambiguous situations
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
