Job Title: eCommerce Lead
- Location: Seoul, South Korea
The eCommerce Lead will own eCommerce strategy development, activation steps to drive eCommerce sales growth, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate eCommerce activity. It is both a strategic and an operational position.
This position will directly report to the General Manager and functionally interact withHead of MKTG, Heard Sales, and Head Trade MKTG to ensure good alignment on strategy and seamless execution. Ecommerce is currently managed through an owned platform (Cenovis mall) as well as ecommerce partners.
e-Commerce Promotion Planning / Execution/Monitoring
- Owner of planning & execution & monitoring in e-commerce channel
- Coordinate with brand mktg, trade mktg, and online sales team to maximize commercial impact of marketing campaigns by mapping them into specific e-commerce programs (including both Cenovismall and e-retailers).
- Manage retailer media (G market, 11th street) through analytics tool to increase ROAS and sales conversion rate. Analyze e-commerce marketing KPIs (eg. CTR, ROAS, sales amount, etc.) and derive implications.
- Manage paid search operation within e-commerce platform.
- Proactive management of ratings and review on e-retailer sites to induce positive viral among consumers.
- Build and maintain the calendar of partnership programs (co-promotion) with e-retailers - tailoring our marketing programs in ways to leverage retailers' calendars or requirements.
- Responsible for developing annual/quarterly plan and budgets for promotions.
- Promotion ROI analysis
- Establish functional relationship with the e-retailers' marketing team and build thought-leadership position within health supplement category.

e-commerce asset management
- e-commerce owned platform capability enhancement: Create and update contents for Cenovismall. Lead the Cenovis mall site revamp, if necessary.
- Develop e-shopper UX(merchandising) strategy for Cenovis mall and e-retailers. Continuous optimization of shopper journey for Cenovismall and e-retailers with relevant agencies.
- Develop asset for e-commerce marketing such as banner ads, promotion page, product detail page, etc
- Collaborate with brand marketing and sales to set up KPI(sales & # of purchasers) for Cenovis mall.
CRM
- Data acquisition & utilization strategy development
- Shopper insight development based on Cenovismall database
- Develop e-CRM strategy and KPIs. Run loyalty programs to prevent customer attrition and to increase customer value
- Rollout CRM initiatives in conjunction with marketing campaigns to understand and leverage triggers driving greatest conversion to purchase online.
- Attend campaign post-review meetings to share results and learnings on CRM programs.
