What you will be doing:
The Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery (TED) Lead for Hub plays a key role in supporting Sanofi's global Hub in Hyderabad. This position ensures the delivery of best-in-class technology services through close collaboration with digital teams and partners. The TED Lead oversees all technology operations at the Hub, serving as the primary point of contact to address specific technology needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive operational excellence.
Accountable for business continuity, value creation, and the successful execution of the Digital Tech portfolio, the TED Lead drives the design, development, and implementation of products and services while maximizing stakeholder satisfaction and aligning solutions with business objectives.
In collaboration with Tech Enablement and Platform, the TED Lead ensures all operations align with global standards and support business growth. The ideal candidate identifies improvement opportunities through Agile methodologies and drives innovation through automation and self-service enablement.
This role demands strong analytical skills, deep technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of enterprise products and services to lead end-to-end service delivery. The TED Lead ensures seamless integration and optimal performance of all technologies at the Hub, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Digital Technology Operations:
- Accountable for all Digital Technology operations at the Hub, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, business continuity, and financial requirements.
- Provide Technology Leadership:
- Lead Hub support strategy and align with global service teams to ensure standardized service deployment and operational excellence.
- Understand User Needs and Personas:
- Deeply understand the personas of Hub users, including Business Operations, Digital, Medical, P&C, Procurement, and other transversal functions. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure value delivery and satisfaction for all Tech Products and Services.
- Manage End-to-End Digital Landscape:
- Oversee the Hub's entire digital landscape, from infrastructure to applications and back-end to front-end solutions.
- Drive Innovation and Transformation:
- Lead transformational changes, continuous improvements, and innovation initiatives across the Hub's technology operations.
- Primary Hub Contact and Project Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hub stakeholders, providing input and feedback on Hub projects and technology operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast budgets, assess risks, and plan for global initiatives at the Hub.
- Manage Digital Tech Portfolio:
- Oversee the implementation of all Digital Technology projects at the Hub, ensuring alignment with global and local needs for successful execution.
- Align Global and Local Strategies:
- Ensure global Sanofi strategies are adapted to local contexts and constraints while communicating local requirements to global initiatives.
- Support Regulatory Audits:
- Collaborate with the global team to prepare for and comply with regulatory audits at the Hub.
- Engage with Stakeholders:
- Hold monthly meetings with Hub business stakeholders to review performance, address issues, and ensure continuous alignment.
- Manage Vendor Contracts and Procurement:
- Oversee Tech vendors and manage local procurement of Digital Tech equipment and services.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Define and lead continuous improvement cycles to enhance service delivery in collaboration with Tech Product/Service Owners.
- Incident Management and Escalation:
- Act as the escalation contact for Tech incidents, requests, and other needs from Hub stakeholders.
- Support Workplace Experience Projects:
- Ensure alignment between Tech operations and local real estate projects, collaborating with Tech Product/Service Owners.
- End-User Training and Communication:
- Deliver awareness sessions and training on Digital Tech topics and execute local communications on relevant technology updates.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the local Tech budget and oversee cost centers within the assigned geographical scope.
- Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering technology services in large, complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in the healthcare industry, delivering IT services and support.
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of technologies and domains.
- Experience working in matrix organizations, with the ability to influence business leaders and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments with a focus on compliance.
- ITIL Foundation v4 certification (or equivalent professional qualifications) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on innovation, adaptability, commitment, and change management.
- Expertise in ITSM processes such as incident, request, problem, and asset management, as well as audit support.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong Agile mindset with hands-on experience in Agile practices and methodologies.
