The Digital Strategy Lead is pivotal in delivering projects, programs, and capabilities to support our Global Digital Strategy and Operations function. This role focuses on managing and delivering initiatives across various domains, including strategic plan development, operating model implementation, and innovative project execution within the Digital and Business organizations.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Facilitate, manage, and implement components of the Digital strategic plan.
- Program and Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of the Digital Strategy and Roadmap, monitor progress, and manage related KPIs. Work with key stakeholders to ensure delivery and value realization.
- Innovation Management: Drive innovation funnel management and support MVP development and scalability.
- Consulting and Realignment: Lead pods acting as in-house consulting capabilities, responsible for realignment and support of major programs.
- Strategic Documentation: Develop strategic documents and articulate the value of digital assets and tools created to support operations and innovation.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with global Digital leaders across R&D, M&S, and Commercial to ensure alignment and milestone-based program delivery.
- Industry Insights: Provide an outside-in perspective on industry evolution through AI, new business models, and partnerships.
- High-Priority Program Delivery: Accelerate the delivery of high-priority programs supporting new drug launches.
- Roadmap and Risk Management: Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones, and risks associated with various programs and projects.
- Team Development: Coach and support team development goals and skills.
- Capability Management: Manage and mature capabilities within the Digital Strategy and Digital Strategic Program functions.
- Facilitation and Coordination: Coordinate, plan, and facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to progress projects.
- Risk and Issue Management: Escalate risks and issues to appropriate governance bodies.
- People Strategy Development: Develop a people strategy to ensure effective organizational growth.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare and coordinate briefing materials for key meetings.
About You

- Program Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs and projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate complex topics and communicate them effectively for executive decision-making.
- Outcome-Focused: Emphasis on delivering outcomes that drive the digital organization towards value targets.
- Product Management Skills: Experience in product management and leading agile teams.
- Strategic Partnerships: Ability to manage strategic partnerships internally and externally.

- Autonomous Work: Ability to work autonomously with limited guidelines.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field.

- Must have 5-8 years of working experience in a large pharma / life sciences / medtech, large multi-national, technology / data and AI consulting or relevant.
