About the job

Our newest core asset, resulting from the acquisition of Provention Bio in General Medicines Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes space, aims at delaying the onset of stage 3 type 1 diabetes. This means that for the first time, people at risk of developing this lifelong disease have fresh hope. What delayed onset means is more time for children to be children with less healthcare and more care-free childhood. The delay also gives families and healthcare professionals more time to prepare care plans for a later diagnosis.

As the Customer Lead, you will be primarily responsible to develop and execute the customers' activation strategy by leveraging omnichannel at local level for a first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes. Reporting to the Head of Autoimmune T1D, this role is strategically positioned to realize the ambition for T1D and contributing to the overall future success of Sanofi.

Main responsibilities:
  • Map and adapt stakeholder journeys to the local context to enhance customer experience.
  • Localize and execute the Global omnichannel strategy, tailoring engagement based on customer maturity and preferences.
  • Customize global content and messaging for the local market and customer specificities. Define and manage customer interaction journeys, including channel mix, and oversee marketing/medical campaigns.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on innovative tools and channels for effective customer engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize customer experience through feedback loops and engagement KPIs. Use AI and advanced technology to enhance personalization and optimize omnichannel strategies.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture and collaborate on congress organization with the Brand Lead.

About you

  • 5+ years in digital marketing (client-side, agency, or tech startup) University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-making based on customer needs.Proficient in digital tools and trends (Marketing Automation, SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of customer experience and omnichannel strategy execution.
  • Familiarity with innovative methodologies like scrum, lean start-up, and design thinking.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Fluent in German and English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Creative, agile, and open to new digital trends in pharma.Resilient, reliable, and strong in project management.
