About the job
As a Customer Experience Partner your key purpose is to orchestrate all customer interactions using diversity of messages and channels to deliver a superior customer experience and inspire them to provide best solution for our patients.
Main responsibilities:
- Bridge commercial and customer experience functions.
- Manage customer insights and feedback to inform communication strategies.
- Tailor customer journeys with the Commercial Manager to address needs and pain points.
- Own and adapt customer communications.
- Collaborate with CE/BOS/Marketing/Medical teams to define customer experience vision and strategy.
- Implement customized activation strategies and standards for optimal customer experience.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Model (CRM) to enhance efficiency and address customer needs.
- Implement customized activation strategies across all channels (prepare personalized Define and implement standards for ensuring optimal customer experience activities / territory & HCPs)
- Assist the team on metrics to review customer satisfaction, strengthen customer experience, and develop further programs and initiatives to respond to customer base effectively.

About you
Education: University degree (medical field would be an advantage)
Experience and specific knowledge:
Work experience in pharmaceutical in sales in South Israel (Beer Sheva - Ashdod)
Professional & Personal skills:
- Ability to manage commercial activities for a diversified portfolio;
- Sales management knowledge;
- Strategic analysis and planning;
- Project management skills;
- Very good English language knowledge and skills (written and oral);
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew in written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade and argument among internal General Medicines teams, KOLs, healthcare decision makers, physicians and patients;
- Ambition for optimal results; ability to challenge the current market status quo and develop fresh approaches in order to deliver results;
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize; ability to work on their own initiative and make quality decisions.
