About the job
As a Customer Engagement Lead Severe COPD you will prepare and execute a first-in-class launch in COPD. You will plan, lead, and execute the local customer engagement strategy ensuring patients can benefit from this unique new treatment option. You will drive innovative solutions by co-creating them with key customers to unlock the potential of the indication in COPD. Identifying Customer needs and addressing this through an Omnichannel collaborative approach is an important aspect as well. To be successful you need to have a cross functional mindset and collaborate close with Sales, Global/NE Marketing and Medical teams. This is a key, high profile appointment with responsibility for launching this new indication. The Customer Engagement Lead is accountable for the development of the customer engagement strategy in line with the global brand plan.
Responsibilities
- Leads the COPD cross functional team, ensuring execution of the launch milestones seamlessly by a full inclusion of the cross functional team (medical affairs, market access, public affairs, patient care, sales, business intelligence).
- Unlock the potential of the indication in the Netherlands by partnering with key stakeholders to shape the clinical pathway for biologics in COPD.
- Deliver on our strong growth ambitions by driving the implementation of the local brand strategy in Severe COPD, aligned with the Global brand strategy.
- Ensure translation of the brand plan to an operational tactical plan in high quality on time within budget. Deliver an ambitious and reliable financial forecast for the indication.
- Define and execute the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Plan, ensure brand messaging alignment across all channels.
- Strive for a deep customer behavioural knowledge, be present in the field and bring back insight to feed the local plan and support the continued evolution of the business.
- Collaborate with the market access team and external stakeholders to develop a strong clinical advocacy and ensure access for all patients in need of this new therapy.
- Leverage data and analytics for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity.
- Continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritize within your area of influence, with a laser focus on adding value.
About You
Expected behaviours and skills
- You have experience in delivering business results and you bring an engaged personality with a growth mindset that support a cross functional way of working.
- You have in-depth understanding of a local market, you are skilled in business planning, forecasting and budget execution.
- You are an innovator, you can think outside the box, and translate an idea into impactful action.
- You are a networker who loves to influence across complex internal and external stakeholder networks.
- You are digital savvy, understand omnichannel engagement and you like to pioneer with new technologies.
- You are a highly resilient individual - able to lead brilliantly with and without authority in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You have an ability to communicate in a way that engages and inspires others at all levels of the organization.
- You bring experience from similar role within hospital care, preferably with launch experience.
- You are fluent both in Dutch and in English and you bring a Master's degree, preferably in a healthcare related subject.
