About the job

As a Customer Engagement Lead Dermatology you plan, lead, and execute the local customer engagement strategy ensuring more patients will benefit from our unique therapy. Identifying Customer needs and addressing this through an omnichannel collaborative approach is an important aspect of the role. To be successful you need to have a cross functional mindset and collaborate close with Sales, Medical and Global/NE Marketing teams. You will work next to and in close collaboration with the current Customer Engagement Lead Dermatology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on our strong growth ambitions by driving the implementation of the local brand strategy in this indication, aligned with the Global brand strategy, at external (key) stakeholders (dermatologists, pediatricians and physician assistants / specialized nurses)
  • Support the cross functional Brand team, ensuring excellent execution of the business plan with a full inclusion of all other relevant functions (medical affairs, market access, public affairs, patient advocacy, business operations).
  • Define and execute the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Plan, ensure brand messaging alignment across all channels
  • Strive for a deep customer behavioral knowledge, be present in the field and bring back insight to feed the local plan and support the continued evolution of the business
  • Deliver the local business plan and be involved in setting an ambitious and reliable financial forecast for the indication
  • Leverage data and analytics for continuous improvement
  • Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity

About You

Experience:
  • You are a healthcare professional with experience in delivering business results in a commercial role (preferable including field experience) and you bring an engaged personality with a growth mindset that support a cross functional way of working
  • You bring experience from similar role preferably within specialty care in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Preferably experience in dermatology

Soft and technical skills:
  • You are curious, eager to understand market data and emerging trends to incorporate them into strategic and tactical plans
  • You have in-depth understanding of a local market, you are skilled in business planning, forecasting and budget execution
  • You are an innovator, you can think outside the box, and translate an idea into impactful action
  • You are a networker who loves to influence across complex internal and external stakeholder networks
  • You are digital savvy, understand omnichannel engagement and you like to pioneer with new technologies
  • You bring a Master's degree in a Life Science, (Para)Medical or Business subject.

Languages:
  • You are fluent both in Dutch and in English
