Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Credit and Collections management services to SBO as per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review AR ageing reports, perform collection & dunning, escalate, and follow-up actions.
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner.
- Check credit availability and manage blocked sales orders related to Overdue.
- Assess new customer credit risk, as well as customer portfolio risk.
- Implement ad-hoc review of customer credit data, check credit availability, and manage blocked sales orders.
- Contribute to periodic reviews and updates to credit policy and guidelines and credit management operational framework.
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines, also to participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform resource/workload allocation and develop sufficient backups to ensure sustainability and continuity of operation and aspire to build a positive and sustainable working environment within the team.
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Finance/Accounting sector, experience in a shared services environment is an added advantage especially in a pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English and Korean (speak, read and write), to support South Korea.
- Capable of assessing, analysing, and validating complex financial information, and to demonstrate thorough knowledge of accounting and credit principles, systems, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent knowledge and expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset.
