Join our Clinical Documentation(ClinDoc) Innovation team as Clinical Documentation Innovation Project Assistant and you'll be pe part of driving implementation of digital solutions to enhance Sanofi's competitive position by accelerating the preparation of ClinDoc deliverables (e.g. clinical documents, submission dossiers, translations, trial transparency and record management).

Main responsibilities:
  • Innovation and digital projects: Participate in the identification, development and implementation of tools and processes to allow a streamlined and innovative approach to ClinDoc deliverables. Contribute to test new technologies (including Artificial Intelligence), also to the preparation of business requirements, business rule specifications, operational service documentation (test, guide, training, change management) and participate in the development of automation services.
  • Clinical document delivery: Coordinate, set up and execute automation for production of clinical documents, interact with ClinDoc, Digital and other key stakeholders for the delivery of content, data, processes in a standardized format/presentation to support operational activities related to clinical document production and setup of document templates. Manage on-boarding of users to automation services ensuring training and access.
  • User & technology support: Support ClinDoc users (internal & external) for the account on-boarding, access management and knowledge sharing for systems, tools and technologies. Develop and maintain tools and associated processes for Clinical Document operational activities (Global Portfolio and related tools, Excel macros, CDoc SharePoint site, Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI reports).

About you


Experience:
  • Experience of work in a life science R&D environment (having worked in clinical study area would be a plus).
  • Proven experience in project management/coordination projects (including Digital projects) across a matrix environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with service providers.

Soft skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships with strong cultural awareness.
  • Ability to organize and conduct meetings, assign tasks, develop project/activity plans, and follow a project/activity through to completion.
Technical skills:
  • Good knowledge of MS Environment Office package (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Good knowledge/understanding of at least one among algorithms designs and programming languages or data representation formats (e.g. Excel functions, VBA, Python, SAS, XML, JSON, PowerApps, etc.).
Education:
  • At least a BS/BA degree required.
Languages:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
