In this context, the CHC Supply Chain is building a dedicated Logistics Centre of Excellence to provide the CHC customers with the best logistic and distribution services while improving planet sustainability.

Being a key member of the Global Logistics Centre of Excellence, the Logistics Business Process Expert, actively contributes to the implementation of the Logistics & Distribution roadmap aligned with the overall CHC strategy, develop the skills of the CHC Logistics & Distribution community, ensure the adherence to the CHC Logistics & Distribution model, contribute to our CO2 Zero emission objective, and deliver innovative solutions and processes increasing Customer and employee Satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
  • He/She contributes to define and implement the strategy for Logistics & Distribution areas, aligned with the overall CHC roadmap.
  • He/She Leads the Global relationship with our Key 3PL partners, aligns on performance KPIs and governs it overs business connects.
  • He/she design KPI for service/cost/sustainability and collaborates on global data model/base and deploys business dashboard globally.
  • He/she design global logistic processes with procurement and quality team and ensures global adherence by logistic ops.
  • He/she leads loss analyses/VSM to identify the risks and the needs of improvement and develops accordingly corrective actions plans. He/she ensures proper understanding and respect of Internal Control rules for the Logistics & Distribution scope..
  • He/She supports the definition of an ambitious roadmap to improve the Routes to Market model with the CHC customers (e-Commerce, Network design, real time Track & Trace...) and assists the regions and the countries teams in the roll out.
  • He/She supports the planet sustainability initiatives, monitor the COE emission, identify new levers of improvement, making and raising awareness across the Logistic and Distribution network and community. He/She constantly strives for making the CHC Distribution a best in class for CO2 emission.
  • He/She ensures that the Logistics & Distribution digital landscape (WMS, TMS, ERPs, Control Tower...) are properly designed and maintained leveraging the new technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, Predictive data,...).
  • He/She constantly performs benchmark, identifying the best in class practices within the industry and exploring future trends. He/She then leverages these new standards for improving the services to the CHC customers.
  • He/She drives the automation and simplification of the CHC Logistics & Distribution model through an extended digital coverage enabling the Logistics & Distribution teams to focus on added value activities.
  • He/She actively participates to the animation of the overall CHC Logistics & Distribution community ensuring buy-in of new processes and ways of working from business representatives.

About you

  • Education: Master Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Experience: Successful experience in Project management; Demonstrate a good track record in Logistics and Distribution; Experience in Logistic Partner relationship (3PLs, carriers,...); Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements in an IT implementation environment
  • Soft and technical skills: Ability to reach consensus; Ability to create change management momentum, motivate/convince people; Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency; Open minded and active listening; Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment; Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and escalade information throughout organization.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, French/Spanish is a plus
