Join as CHC LATAM Partner Market Medical Associate and you'll ensures the management of Medical activities and related data in compliance with Sanofi standards and local regulations, and within the timelines agreed. Works closely with the key stakeholders (internal and external).

Main responsibilities:
Management of Medical Information inquiries
- Receipt the inquiries.
- Use a validated inquiry tracking system access to GMI connect systems. This will be granted by us after trainings completion on SOPs and for the following tools (data privacy agreement necessary): Veeva MedComms for Medical Information Content management and Salesforce for Medical Information Inquiry management.
- Provide the response to inquirer following current SOP. Unsolicited customer inquiries will be answered scientifically accurate: on label, and or based on scientific response documents (SRDs).
- Assist on Off label inquiries/complex inquiries which need to be translated into English and escalated to global medical information team (within GMI connect)
- Triage of AEs and PTCs
- Regular reconciliations with PV, QA, and distributors.
Ad/Promo Materials Approval
- Perform the medical review and approval content of promotional/non-promotional material.
- Assist on the translations of the relevant claims in accordance with the specific content developed.
- Communicate the relevant responses with the appropriate contacts ensuring necessary follow-up and feedback
Claim Management
- Assist claim management activities in accordance with Sanofi claims handbooks for global products and to legal regulation for local products.
- Portfolio Management Support possibility of new Claims generation activities.
Other Medical Activities
- Support maintaining documentation of all medical activities.
- Support and prepare all medical Health Authority / Regulatory queries received from the partner "X" and transmit the final document approved by Sanofi to the Partner "X".
- Archive documents in the applicable PRINCIPAL systems
- Perform training of Medical Representatives with material approved by Sanofi.
- Training and qualification of medical staff
- Support the Partner "X" and Sanofi for all activities related to maintenance of products in the territory where medical input is required (Sanofi will provide any documents that is needed for dossier).
- Assist on applicable Health Authority / Regulatory queries related with medical or conduct any activity related to product maintenance in the territory where medical input is required (Sanofi will provide any document needed).
- Manage and update NAYA tool (HCP Engagement)
Key Working Relationships:
- Global Partner Market Oversight Lead, Global Partner Market Team Lead, Science Hub organization (including but not limited to Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance); Local Marketing and Brand Teams, Local Supply Chain Teams.
- Direct interactions with Global Partner Markets Team and/or local agents if relevant
Scope:
Medical activities; GxP and health-regulated and compliance activities
About you
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of Medical related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or minimum 2 years of successful sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Direct medical information experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a clinical setting or equivalent background and experience.
- Experience of Audits and/or External Inspections
- Working experience in the LATAM region
- Education: Medical, Pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing degree, or other health care related fields
- Languages: Advanced English level
