Main responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for driving the growth agenda for a cluster of critical brands for India
- Build robust Trade and Communication Strategy capable of delivering market beating growth
- Performance management of the brand, tracked through delivery on key metrics - Top line, brand profitability, market share, prescriptions, prescribers
- Lead projects to enhance the outreach of legacy brands to get more HCPs/ consumers into the franchise
- Design the annual marketing plan for the brand with optimum management of A&P budget
- Execution excellence in delivery of marketing interventions across different channels and events
- Work in close partnership with sales team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner.
- Strong tracking and measurement of marketing programs feeding into further plans for the brand
- Build an innovation pipeline / identify future growth opportunities that the brands can leverage
- Maintain an outside in perspective for the brand through external relationships with industry associations, KOLs, global counterparts, agencies, etc
About you
- Experience: Past experience of independently managing a brand for at least 2-3 years with a proven track record of creating scalable and successful marketing strategies. Experience in working with agencies to design impactful science led marketing communication, driving high quality marketing interventions through sales team and creating strong touch points through digital platforms. Experience in conceptualizing and commercializing innovations will be a plus.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical, communication (verbal and presentation) and Creative skills
- Technical skills: Marketing & Brand Management, Fluency with Microsoft Office
- Education: MBA from a reputed institute. Graduate in B.Pharm / BSc. will be a plus
- Languages: English, Hindi
