AMEA accounts for almost one quarter of the GBU sales delivery, covering developed and developing markets from Japan to India. The role of AMEA Performance Analytics team is suited to consumer oriented, performance driven candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to provide rigorous data-driven approaches to inform business strategy, business decisions and drive performance culture. The role, as part of the Region Brand & Innovation team, working with the Performance Analytics Lead will master the key data sources and provide a comprehensive view on performance as well as foresight to enable the Region Strategy, Brand activation strategies and Commercial excellence in execution.
Key Accountabilities
The Role:
- Provides accurate monitoring of commercial tools (e.g. TRAX and CRM) and commercial initiatives / pillars / programs (including regional big bets, execution excellence, NPDs, e-commerce, strategic partners & HCPs) across agreed KPIs at region, country and tool / initiative level through regular monthly reporting.
- Strive for insightful storytelling while providing recommendations on optimization on data collection and reports' optimization and automatization
- Supports clear, complete and unbiased view on sell-in and sell-out performance connecting insights from multiple data sources (HCP, finance, commercial, tools, e-commerce) and tracking and performance monitors to drive strategic priorities and excellence in execution for both Global and Local brands.
- Supports regional commercial review process by providing end to end performance analysis and opportunities and risks, and proposing & following through on any actions needed to achieve objectives.
- Use data to identify simplification opportunities and support the business with prioritization and focus for the business, delivering maximum impact with the greatest simplicity.
- Generates business insights to drive business growth and develop engaging growth stories on commercial initiatives, pillars, channels and white spaces.
- Supports forecast process by working with Performance Analytics Manager through providing insights and forecasts from commercial activations and plans.
- Seek out new data sources and tools both internally and externally to improve reporting process and enrich analysis and forecast on sell-in and sell-out performance.

Ideal Background
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience is desirable, preferably in healthcare or consumer sector in commercial, business intelligence or similar position requiring rigorous mastering of data analysis and reporting
- Strong prior experience in data analytics, able to manage all aspects of analytics process, managing a number of data sources, ensuring data quality, directing the work of analytics partners, generating and validating key insights and turning them into concrete actions
- Experience with various type of data including consumer, media, commercial/trade data and e commerce data (IQVIA, Nielsen, Kantar etc.), as well as digital data (i.e. Google analytics) is a plus
- Strong Financial Analysis skills preferred
- Prior working experience in MNC or Local Firm in a regional role
Qualification
- Education: Business Schoolor Bac+5, master's degree in quantitative discipline (economics, applied mathematics, statistics, data science etc.) i.e. preferred
Functional knowledge or Ability to learn fast
- Deep Excel Proficiency: can do hands-on simple correlations or projections in Excel
- Proficiency in retail audit panels, sell in, sell out, causal drivers
- Marketing mix models techniques
- Forecasting innovation & category fundamentals
- Digital measurement foundations
- E-commerce performance and analytics experience is a plus
- Knows or learns fast various visualization software (Tableau, power BI, etc.)
