Within the Agile Sourcing Team, a team of 8 collaborators is dedicated to act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders in Consumer Healthcare business, and work as an extended member to the CHC Procurement category teams to perform the sourcing activities as well contract negotiations for defined thresholds, involved in strategic sourcing projects and implementing category strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Sourcing & Negotiations
  • Responsible to execute sourcing & negotiations for Non-COGS procurement categories for defined thresholds and working on the ad-hoc procurement projects
  • In alignment with category manager(s), prepare sourcing / negotiation action plan and implement the same for all the requests
  • Execute the Group operating standards on the sourcing process, supplier selection and payment terms while performing sourcing activities
  • Conduct the e-RFX or e-Auction process for negotiations, as appropriate, in conjunction with the sourcing support teams
  • Validate the Purchase requests based on the rationality of business need & negotiations performed on the supplier proposals

Change management/ New Source to Pay Process Implementation
  • Role model / Procurement champion role for the P2P tools (LEO/ eBuy) within the CHC Procurement Scope
  • Actively participate in user acceptance testing, and implementation of P2P tools and proactively take lead to disseminate the training to other buyers in CHC network
  • Perform the risk assessment & mitigation activities - e.g due diligence of new suppliers & re-assess old suppliers, on behalf of procurement, as needed
  • Help identify and contribute to address low performance issues, and proactively liaise with Source to Value (S2V) teams to find solutions
Business partnering
  • Partner with respective Category Managers and Fellow Sourcing experts in CHC, to ensure sourcing guidelines are applied for effective implementation of all Procurement Strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the CHC Procurement Strategies, as needed
  • Be a procurement representative for all Local/Regional projects around Purchase to Pay for the execution of Full CHC autonomy in carve-out project
Transversal Projects
  • This role might also contribute to CHC Global Procurement Excellence & Strategy's transversal initiatives, under the umbrella of Data/Digital Tools, CHC Carve-out and other Procurement dedicated initiatives

  • CHC Digital COEs / GBS
  • Procurement Category Managers / Other Sourcing Experts

About you
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years' experience in procurement and related functions. Knowledge of FMCG universe is a plus.
  • Soft and technical skills: Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, agility, ability to work transversally and in full confidentiality. MS Excel. Pro Forma Accounts Preparation, Business Planning and Valuation. Audit experience a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Finance or equivalent
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
